Order Processing at Groove Life
Once your payment is confirmed, Groove Life begins processing your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods such as holidays, special promotions, or times of increased order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping and Delivery Timeline
After your order is processed, your package will be shipped with an estimated delivery window of 5-10 business days within the United States. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges depend on your delivery address and the shipping method you select at checkout. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, Groove Life will email you tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear as your shipment moves through the carrier's system.
Delays Outside of Groove Life’s Control

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time frame, your order generally enters processing and shipment preparation, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns and Refunds
Groove Life accepts returns of eligible products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
