Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Groove Life or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Groove Life online store and your purchase of products including but not limited to DM-01™, DM-02™, AM-02™, PM-02™, PDS-08®, VS-01™, and BELTS.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders placed through Groove Life undergo verification and must be approved before processing begins. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, payment verification failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once approved, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days after processing is complete. Shipping fees vary based on your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Groove Life directly at princetonxiongnbsw@outlook.com for instructions on returning the merchandise.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service at princetonxiongnbsw@outlook.com. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
